Our photo-booths come equipped with all the essentials, from unlimited photos, digital video guest book, boomerangs, animated GIFs, filters/B&W, live gallery, a personalized template and instant text sharing. Galleries are uploaded to the PRP FB page and emailed directly to you after the event. And we take care of everything from set-up to breakdown so that it is hassle free for you. This will allow adequate time for meet & greet, set-up and departure before your start time. We will arrive to tear down 15 minutes after booked slot. If available event time is strict and tight, on-time arrival is an option if so desired. Keep in mind that means set up and tear down will be done during booked event time. Please understand that your booked time slot starts rather the equipment is fully set up or not, unless the delay is due on behalf of PRP. So we ask that you already have a clean designated area, a clear path, a reachable working outlet if CORDED option is selected & someone ready to greet us at arrival. Cancellation Policy

- Client may cancel any booking within 14 days of scheduled booking and receive a full refund, - Client may reschedule a booking one (1) time and will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee, - Client may cancel up to seven (7) days before scheduled booking time and will be charged a $50 short notice cancellation fee, - If client cancels six (6) or less days before scheduled booking time- they will be charged a $100 last minute cancellation fee, - Due to this being a mobile service, if there are any unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to; unexpected mechanical issues, accidents, prohibited/extreme weather, staffing issues etc., Pop Rock Progeny maintains full rights to reschedule at any point before scheduled booking time. If the client communicates that they can not find an acceptable reschedule time due to a previous booking cancellation on behalf of "Pop Rock Progeny" then they may receive a full refund!
