This will allow adequate time for meet & greet, set-up and departure before your start time. We will arrive to tear down 15 minutes after booked slot. If available event time is strict and tight, on-time arrival is an option if so desired. Keep in mind that means set up and tear down will be done during booked event time. Please understand that your booked time slot starts rather the equipment is fully set up or not, unless the delay is due on behalf of PRP. So we ask that you already have a clean designated area, a clear path, a reachable working outlet if CORDED option is selected & someone ready to greet us at arrival.
